I am grounded and I am told I am funny and have a good sense of humor. Each family has their owns sense of style of humor and I love ours.
I love to entertain and I enjoy being entertained, I think it is an art to make others comfortable and hope they enjoy their experience in your home. To me it is all about paying attention to the details.
I enjoy going to the movies a lot, art festivals, parties, unusual events and seeing plays. I take lot's of pictures and record family history and anything that strikes my fancy.

I enjoy reading and I'm in a book club. We try and read 1 book a month.

I really enjoy going out to dinner and traveling and eating my way through the different countries. I lived in Israel when I was young and backpacked through Greece and Turkey and on to England with my tent for 1 year. I have showered with camels and goats but now I prefer a hotel with comfy beds. Sorry guys, but no more camping for me.

I lived in Belgium for 4 years when I was married and that is where my daughter was born. I was privileged to have traveled quite extensively while there.
A Fun thing to do is go Mushroom Caving in France.
But my favorite pastime is sitting in Europe outside a bistro sipping a cup of tea and people watching and I can sit and watch for hours and imagine their life stories.

I am an artist of many mediums. I must have a creative project always in the works. I am also constantly decorating and redecorating in my mind and when I can, my house and other peoples homes, always a work in progress.

I am not religious at all and don't want anyone who is. I enjoy the cultural and fun aspect of all holidays.
I love to cook although it has been awhile since I have.
My favorite food is French, Italian and Greek. I love dining in interesting places. But my favorite is a candlelight dinner on the water listening to the waves and gentle breezes, quiet music in the background. Very romantic!

Family and true friends are most important to me and my strength in life. I have lived through a tragedy and know what true friendship is and how valuable it is. I am also a loyal friend. I won't waste my time with people that promise something and then don't follow through. Actions speak louder than words!

I am not sure what I want in a relationship, whether it is casual or serious but I think I will know when I meet the right person. First off I need to start off as friends to know if trust is there. And I need laughter, lots and lots of laughter.
