Hullo, my name is?well, it really is Adrienne.
I was born and grew up in a country on the southern tip of Africa; it seemed so very far from the rest of the world. South Africa is a beautiful and fascinating land but, with not little trepidation and age 22, I left to live in London.

Life was a feast of discoveries; art, music and theater, which were to become an important part of my life. Travel and experiencing different cultures and lifestyles also had their impact - you might say I experienced a broadening of the mind! Intellectual curiosity, a spirit of adventure, abhorrence for injustice and a deep sense of compassion were part of the process.

And then the U.S. of A. Two years in Boston and onward to Los Angeles where I have remained.

Besides the above, I love to walk, dance, and indulge my taste buds with wonderful and exotic foods. I am vivacious, love good humor and fine wit. I am blessed with two wonderful grown sons, love of gardening and? there isn?t really enough space?

In conclusion, of most value to me in a relationship is the understanding and companionship of my partner, mutual love and respect and pure pleasure in each other?s company. I could do without much of the rest, if I had that.
