My interests are pretty varied: history, archeology, psychology, architecture, sociology, philosophy, religion, linguistics, natural sciences, and art....



If I'm not careful, "your mom" jokes might slip out. I have a goofy sense of humor.

I'm introspective, compassionate, analytical, and I try to be a good friend.



I like to sleep in, and I'm a night owl by nature.



I like to design and do projects, from jewelry making to landscaping, from digital photos to home improvements, from pottery painting to researching the best product to buy.



I can be silly and serious in the same conversation, sometimes even the same sentence!

I'd love to continue expressing my artistic tendencies in as many ways as I can, but particularly in the ongoing beautification of where ever I live.

I plan to continue teaching Hebrew and Jewish studies because I really feel it is important and fulfilling work. I love to philosophize with and inspire kids with Judaism, and it's great to help ones with learning difficulties. I want to instill confidence and curiosity.

I intend to keep learning about all sorts of things (many of which are listed above), whether through classes or travels or experiences or just TV and reading.

I'd really like to go (or go again) to Israel, England, Spain, Alaska, Yellowstone Park, the Grand Canyon, and maybe Australia.

Above all, I want to provide my children with all they need (physically, emotionally, etc.) to be the best people they can be.

Last but certainly not least, I want to be in a fulfilling romantic relationship that inspires, thrills, and comforts me, and helps me grow as a person.

For fun I like to watch TV, work outside, go out to eat, see live theatre, get a massage, talk with friends, do an art project, play word and puzzle games, take a nice walk, rollerblade, have dance parties with my kids (but all ages welcome), go to live comedy shows, and read funny Web sites.

I'm looking for a gentle spirit with soulful eyes and a great smile. Friendship with attraction that turns into a strong romantic bond over time. The rest is negotiable :-)

Someone with whom I can share seemingly effortless chemistry, and with whom the feeling of being smitten by the other is mutual and reciprocal, but that we both dance around trying to control. A subtle flirt (except when the situation might call for less subtlety).
